Coming this spring!!

The Slough Farm Culinary Intensive is designed for those aspiring to enter professional kitchens, be that as a full career or a summer job.  This is a primer to provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental principles and practices of culinary arts in a condensed timeframe. Over the course of 5 days, participants will immerse themselves in hands-on learning experiences covering essential culinary skills, techniques, and kitchen safety protocols.

By the end of the intensive, participants will have gained the confidence and foundational knowledge necessary to pursue further culinary endeavors.
