In this unique workshop, participants will learn the art of creating fermentation stones, essential tools used to enhance the fermentation process. We will be creating a ceramic fermentation weight, which is used to hold the food to be fermented under the fermentation liquid. Attendees will craft their own ceramic fermentation stones, exploring various techniques and designs to customize their creations. Join us for an immersive experience where craftsmanship meets culinary tradition, and unlock the secrets to perfecting your fermentations at home.

You can bring your fermentation stone back to the farm on Monday and put it to use creating a fermented floral beverage.
