Slough Farm Culinary Intensive

The Slough Farm Culinary Intensive, taught by Chef Charlie Granquist, is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental principles and practices of culinary arts in a condensed timeframe. Over the course of 2.5 days, participants will immerse themselves in hands-on learning experiences covering essential culinary skills, techniques, and kitchen safety protocols.
By the end of the intensive, participants will have gained the confidence and foundational knowledge necessary to pursue further culinary endeavors. To apply, please fill out the Culinary Intensive form. You must be available and attend all three days of intensive; do not apply if you cannot be present.

The Culinary Intensive is designed for those who would like to pursue a career in the culinary arts and would like to work in a professional kitchen.
