You'll discover the nuanced flavors and aromatic complexities that emerge through the fermentation process. Come indulge your senses and uncover the magic of floral alchemy in every sip.

Alexis Nikole Nelson is an outdoor educator and (accidental) social media creator. She uses her platform to teach about edible wild plants, and the often overlooked cultural history behind the dishes made with them, with a particular focus on African American and Indigenous foodways. She was the inaugural winner of the James Beard Award for Best Social Media in 2022, and joyfully continues to teach her 5M followers about the natural world around them, with a song or a graph or a laugh.
